Maybe one to one sessions aren’t what you’re after…
That’s ok! I’m excited to now offer a different experience, where you have choice and feeling safe is top priority. I’ll guide you through activities using movement, art and writing, and each participant will decide their level of participation and exposure. You can turn your camera off completely if you prefer, or you can move in and out of frame as you feel comfortable. You won’t have to share your artwork or writing, and you won’t have to talk to anyone! This is all about you and your own process. And I’ll be there to support and guide you.

What will happen there?
I’ll guide you through moving your body (we might call this dance!), making marks on paper (we might call this art!) and some writing or journalling.
You have all the power! You can choose if you want to do something different to my guidance. In fact, I would rather you did that! I want you to trust your gut!
What do I need?
Something to draw with and on. Something to write with and on. A little space to move around in – and I mean a little. You could even do the whole thing seated if you prefer!
Or you might move the coffee table and use the whole space, you get to choose!
Why?
This might be the best question of all. This time and space is for you to breathe and step away from the dramas and pressures of life and tune in to your inner being and to your body.
Guided Mind and Body is for self care, for well-being, for self-awareness. It’s also for fun, adventure and something a little bit different.
